Since 2014, I’ve been practicing Corporate and Securities law, specializing in General Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Securities Law. In 2018, I also became a business owner. My legal background has allowed me to cut through a lot of the noise that comes with operating a business. It can be challenging to determine which directions to go in and which risks to take, but being an attorney gives me an edge when it comes to analyzing risks and understanding which direction to go in light of those risks.
